The story behind the estate
Joso and Ljubica Skelin used to live in Stuttgart, Germany, where they worked in the catering industry. After moving to Zagreb in the early 1990s, they played with the idea of managing their own family estate in the breathtaking region of Dalmatian Hinterland.
Ten years ago they turned their dream into a reality. The astonishing estate can accommodate 60 people in three luxuriously furnished units. The estate has two swimming pools, sporting facilities such as two tennis courts, football and basketball court and paintball grounds, a restaurant, a terrace bar and wine cellars.
